Individual Therapy

I believe that each person has the inner wisdom and capacity needed to create a meaningful, fulfilling life. However, life’s challenges—such as stress, anxiety, trauma, or relationship difficulties—can make it hard to access those inner resources. It’s human nature to avoid pain and uncertainty by holding on to what feels familiar and safe, even when it no longer serves us. Often, this resistance to change is what keeps us feeling stuck or disconnected from our true potential.

I am deeply passionate about supporting individuals in therapy as they embark on a journey of self-discovery and emotional healing. Individual therapy offers a space to gently uncover and address the core issues that may be limiting your growth. As you move toward a life that feels more connected, authentic, and alive, we will focus on building self-awareness, strengthening emotional resilience, and cultivating a sense of wholeness and self-compassion.


In my practice, I use evidence-based approaches including Internal Family Systems (IFS), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT). IFS helps clients understand and integrate different parts of themselves, fostering inner balance and self-leadership. EMDR is an effective trauma therapy that supports the processing of distressing or unresolved experiences. EFT explores how attachment patterns influence emotions and relationships, helping clients develop healthier relational dynamics and emotional security. Together, these approaches support lasting personal growth and effective coping skills.


My individual therapy sessions are collaborative and tailored to your unique needs and goals. Together, we’ll explore how your life experiences have shaped who you are today, while identifying strengths and sources of support that can help you move forward. The goal of therapy is to help you gain clarity, build resilience, and create a more fulfilling, authentic life aligned with your values.
