I believe that everyone has the inner knowledge and resources needed to create the life they desire. However, life’s challenges often make it difficult for individuals to address the core issues that hold them back. It’s human nature to shy away from pain and uncertainty, clinging to what feels safe and predictable. But it’s often this resistance to change that prevents us from living up to our true potential.
I am deeply passionate about guiding my clients through a journey of self-discovery, helping to remove the barriers to personal growth. As you move toward a life that feels more connected and alive, I place particular focus on cultivating self-awareness, healthy relationships, and a sense of wholeness.
In my practice, I integrate evidence-based approaches such as Internal Family Systems (IFS), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) to address a variety of concerns. IFS encourages clients to explore and integrate different aspects of themselves, while EMDR helps process and resolve distressing experiences. EFT focuses on understanding how attachment styles influence relationships, empowering clients to improve relational dynamics. This holistic approach supports clients in developing effective coping skills and fostering meaningful personal growth.
