I strongly believe that people have the inner knowledge and resources to create the life they want. But the challenges of life prevent many individuals from addressing the core issues. Human tendency is to run from pain and uncertainty and cling to what feels safe, comfortable, and predictable. Oftentimes, it is this resistance to change that gets in the way of living one’s true potential. I am passionate about guiding my clients through a journey of self-discovery by removing barriers to personal growth. As each person moves towards a life that feels more connected and alive, I place particular focus on cultivating self-awareness, healthy relationships, and a sense of wholeness.
In my practice, I frequently utilize Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) due to their proven effectiveness in addressing diverse issues. Through DBT, I support individuals in developing effective coping skills. With IFS, clients explore different aspects of their inner selves that may be in conflict, fostering self-awareness and integration. In EFT, we examine how attachment styles impact relationships, empowering clients to understand and improve relational dynamics.
The sessions are open and collaborative, purposely designed for your healing, growth and ultimate success. We will work together in a safe environment to connect the dots in your life to gain an understanding of how they have had an effect on who you are today. Treatment is tailored to utilize your strengths, identify areas of support, and with empowerment to confront and conquer life's challenges.
