I'm a Licensed Marriage Family Therapist (License #81553) and I chose this field because relationships have always been very important to me. Research has shown that meaningful relationships help people thrive and I have found that positive relationships pose a number of benefits, including: improved health (mental and physical), decreased mortality rates, better perceived well-being, higher self-confidence, broader perspectives and understanding, increased resilience — the list goes on. During my years as a therapist, I have had the honor and privilege of working with hundreds of individuals, couples, and young adults on their journey to find positive and meaningful relationships with themselves and those around them.
I have been married for almost 30 years, have three adult children, and am surrounded by friends from all walks of life. Through all the ups and downs, life has provided me many opportunities to learn and grow. My experiences have taught me that hard work, resilience, patience and grace are keys to wellness and oneness. Needless to say, the reward has outweighed the cost many times over.
My faith, respect, self-awareness, thirst for knowledge and non-judgmental approach are the cornerstones of my practice as I seek to be my best for my clients. My goal is to help individuals and couples discover the life that they truly desire to live and help them find their path to success. I look forward to working together with you to generate new possibilities and move you towards a more connected, rich, and rewarding life.
