Flora Whittemore
As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, my passion lies in cultivating meaningful connections. Relationships have always been at the heart of my life, and my journey in this field is rooted in the belief that positive relationships are essential to both individual and collective well-being.
Research continually highlights the profound impact of meaningful relationships on our lives. From improving mental and physical health to boosting self-confidence and resilience, the benefits are vast. Throughout my career, I’ve had the privilege of supporting individuals, couples, and young adults as they navigate the path to fulfilling, enriching relationships—both with themselves and others.
With over three decades of marriage and the joy of raising three young adult children, I deeply understand the complexities and rewards of interpersonal connections. Life has offered me countless opportunities for growth, reinforcing the importance of qualities like perseverance, resilience, warm-heartedness, and grace.
Guided by principles of faith, respect, self-awareness, and a commitment to continuous learning, I offer a safe, non-judgmental space where individuals feel heard, seen, and cared for. My goal is to support you on your journey toward authenticity, helping you shed outdated narratives and break free from limiting patterns. Together, we’ll work toward creating a more interconnected, fulfilling, and rewarding life.
Outside of my professional life, I find joy in hiking, traveling, cooking, and hosting gatherings with loved ones. I treasure the moments spent connecting with my husband, children, and friends, knowing how these relationships positively shape both my personal and professional journey.
"MY WORK ISN'T ABOUT CHANGING YOU, IT'S ABOUT HELPING YOU BECOME MORE OF YOUR TRUE SELF."
